Warning: For the Italian participants only, all the fees will be charged with the 20% VAT. According to the Italian law, all the EC citizens are requested to quote their VAT number but the Italians only have to pay it; in case any European had no VAT number, his fee has to be increased by the 20% relevant tax. ** Reduced fees will be applied for students upon submission of specific request from the teachers and gala dinner not included. |
The participation fee will include:

Accompanying persons
There is no accompanying persons program; individual tours can be planned by BEtravel
The participation fee to the gala dinner of the accompanying persons is 60 euro and can be paid as an addition to the delegate registration or by cash or credit card at the Congress reception; in any case a reservation is necessary (mail it to the Secretary)

At desk registration
For the at desk registration the fee is 750 euro (+ 20%VAT for the Italian citizens only)
The payment can be performed by cash or by Credit Card.
The authors can not use this way registration but they are kindly requested to follow the relevant procedure which is the unique one allowing for the reduced fee, for presenting the lecture and printing it in the abstract booklet and in the CD with the full papers.
